The fact is there are simply far too many pressure activities to cover.
The wise thing to do is to assume that every step of a pressure activity is a potential pressure hazard. If gauges are available, use and monitor them.
Always use your PPE and training provided to you by your employer. If pressure must be released, use a choke and release it slowly.
